Cancellation Policiy
Cancellation Before Shipment:
ShopyLand typically does not accept order cancellations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at support@shopyland.us within 2 hours of purchase. If your request is approved, your order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
Cancellation After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped but not yet delivered, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders:
If you cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving your request.
- Credit/Debit Card & PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours after we receive the returned products. Please note that it may take 2-3 additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Discount Vouchers & Loyalty Points:
- Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel your order.
- Loyalty points redeemed for an order will not be credited back to your account in case of a cancellation.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We gladly accept returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopyland.us within 7 days of delivery.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return must be free of all pet or cat hair.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Special Discount Collection Products
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (not due to our error).
- The return is made after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
- If rejected, we will provide further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank; refunds may take additional processing time.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@shopyland.us and send your item to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once received, we will issue a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If a refund is granted, return shipping costs may be deducted.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on location.
- If returning an item valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
